Aisin Takaoka is primarily responsible for the production of FeVita, and was originally founded in 1960 as an automotive parts manufacturer.
Since then, we have contributed to the automotive industry by taking on the challenges of production and development in cooperation with various manufacturers and companies.

Research & Development
FeVita is engaged in the research and development of iron and casting, giving form to the appeal of this material.
By combining the technology and knowledge that Aisin Takaoka has cultivated in the automotive industry, in collaboration with THAT's ideas and designs, we rediscover and demonstrate new possibilities for iron and casting.
We are reviewing the characteristics, processing, and manufacturing methods of iron and casting, and studying the combination of various materials and bonding methods, as well as color and expression from a perspective of CMF (Color, Material, and Finish). We develop products that bring out the advantages of each material, paying close attention to every last detail.

The history of casting technology and iron spans more than 2,000 years. Over time, various techniques, compound materials, and manufacturing methods have been invented, but iron has gradually been replaced by other materials.
Nevertheless, we are continuously reexamining casting technology and iron to create new value for the future. We are reviewing techniques, processing methods, appearance, and characteristics, and rediscovering their appeal through design and modern technology. We are also taking on the challenge of creating products that expand new possibilities by combining different materials, mainly cast metal and iron, to bring out the best of their respective qualities.
